MEC HANDLING’s Stacking Systems are designed to streamline the storage and management of bulk materials, providing an efficient solution for industries such as agriculture, mining, and manufacturing. These systems help organize and stack materials like grains, minerals, or aggregates in a controlled manner, maximizing storage space and improving overall site efficiency.
Our stacking systems are highly versatile and can be customized to fit the specific requirements of your operation. Whether you need to store materials in piles, warehouses, or open storage areas, MEC HANDLING’s systems ensure consistent stacking with minimal material loss. They are designed for easy integration into your existing material handling setup, allowing for smooth, continuous operation.
The automated nature of our stacking systems reduces the need for manual labor, speeding up the stacking process and increasing productivity. Additionally, they come equipped with safety features such as automatic shutdowns and controlled movements to protect both operators and equipment.
Built to handle high-capacity operations, MEC HANDLING’s stacking systems are durable and reliable, designed to withstand heavy use and harsh conditions. By optimizing storage and minimizing waste, these systems help you lower operational costs and improve material management.

STACKER
The simpler form of a Stacker is a fixed stackout conveyor.
The Stacker on rails with luffing or luffing and slewing mechanism is used to build longitudinal storage, parallel to the stacking conveyor.
Radial Stacker has one side hinged on a slewing ring and turn on an arc of rail; it is used to form circular storages.
TRIPPER
Tripper is used to drop the material off the conveyor at specified locations between the pulleys. A tripper can either be in a fixed position, or travel continuously at a constant speed for stacking.
A Tripper consists of a structure with two pulley assemblies. As the belt passes over the upper pulley, the material is discharged from the belt into a chute. The material is then diverted to one side or both sides of the belt for discharge, or back onto the belt, if the desired discharge position is downstream.
SHUTTLE CONVEYOR
Shuttle conveyor is a belt conveyor mounted on wheels, that runs on a rail system; it adapts to various applications from bulk warehousing of materials to filling storage silos.
MOVABLE CONVEYOR
Mobile conveyor is designed to be moved in a defined path; it is commonly wheel mounted and it can be moved manually or motorized.
