Jet-Mixing is a type of structured static mixer that uses Helier-Structured Packing (hSP) to effectively mix process fluids and achieve the desired level of mixing based on process parameters and application requirements. The Jet-Mixing system features Helier-Structured Packing to form the mixing bed, enabling an efficient in-line static mixing process with minimal pressure drop.

 

These mixers are available in different diameters and lengths, typically using hSP in 1″, 1.5″, and 4″ nominal diameters. Thanks to the radial mixing and inter-flow mixing provided by the packing and the geometric design of the mixing beds, Jet-Mixing optimizes all mixing parameters.

 

Jet-Mixing is suitable for all fluid flow ranges with a Reynolds number (Re) greater than 10 and works with various fluid types, including Newtonian, non-Newtonian, and viscoplastic fluids.
